Controller

The controller of the personal data you have provided to us is ENTORNO DIGITAL, S.A. (C/ Santa Anna, 32 Cerdanyola del Vallès / nic@entorno.es). The Data Protection Officer is Carla Martínez Rovira (cmartinez@auditoriamr.com).

Purpose

The personal data you have provided to us, which is necessary to provide you with the contracted service, is confidential and will be used solely for the following purposes specified by you: to provide domain registration services, hosting and/or web projects, to send information related to ENTORNO DIGITAL, S.A., and to assist with the contracting process.

Legitimation and Deletion

The personal data provided as a website user will be used solely for the following purposes, depending on the category of data subject:

Clients

-The provision of the service, the management of the contractual relationship with the client, and the collection of the client's payment obligations are processing operations necessary for the execution of a contractual relationship (Article 6.1.b) GDPR).
-Compliance with contractual, business, accounting, tax, and administrative obligations is carried out because it is necessary for the fulfillment of our legal obligations (Article 6.1.c) GDPR).
-The sending of commercial, promotional, and/or advertising information and/or communications about third-party products or services is done based on the consent granted (Article 6.1.a) GDPR).

Potential Clients

-Assistance in the contracting process, including the possibility of contacting the user by phone or email in the event that an online contracting process for our products and/or services has been initiated but not completed, is carried out based on the execution of a contractual relationship and/or a request for possible pre-contractual measures (Article 6.1.b GDPR). 
-The management and response to requests for information, commercial requests or offers, quotes, etc. is carried out based on your consent when sending us your request and/or inquiry (Article 6.1.a GDPR); and/or based on the execution of a contractual relationship and/or a request for possible pre-contractual measures (Article 6.1.b GDPR). 
-We inform and advertise about services, promotions, and products related to our activity based on your consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR).

The expected data retention period will be as long as necessary for the purposes of processing and to comply with legal obligations or until the data subject withdraws consent, if applicable.

Recipients and International Transfers

ENTORNO DIGITAL, S.A. will only transfer or communicate data when strictly necessary to meet its obligations to Public Administrations and, where applicable, to other bodies, when required by current legislation.

In this regard, and in compliance with the provisions of Law 25/2007, of October 18, on the retention of data related to electronic communications and public networks, ENTORNO DIGITAL, S.A. must retain and store certain traffic data generated during the development of communications, as well as, where appropriate, communicate said data to the competent bodies, provided that the circumstances provided for in said Law apply.

Furthermore, in those cases where it is applicable as a consequence of the provision of services, and as a requirement established by ICANN or the competent registrar organization, the owner of a domain name authorizes the publication of data relating to the ownership of the domain name in question and the administrative, technical, and payment contacts, which, according to the regulations, must be public and accessible from the Whois of the competent registrars. If the client is not the owner, the owner is required to obtain authorization from the latter for the publication and transmission of the data.

As a result of all of the above, you are expressly informed that this type of international data transfer, necessary to fulfill the services derived from this contract, may be made to organizations located in a country that does not offer the adequate guarantees detailed in Article 46 of the GDPR.

Agents and Distributors (Data Source)

The CUSTOMER agrees that the processing of the registration and management of the maintenance of its domain name, under its consent, may be carried out by Agents and Distributors authorized by ENTORNO, and the Customer remains subject to these Terms under the same terms. The Distributor is prohibited from displaying the ICANN logo or the ICANN Accredited Registrar logo, or otherwise representing itself as ICANN-accredited, unless it has ICANN's written permission to do so. Any registration agreement used by the Distributor will include all registration agreement provisions and notices required by ICANN in the Registrar Accreditation Agreement, as well as any ICANN Consensus Policies, and will identify the sponsoring registrar or provide a means for identifying it, such as a link to the InterNIC Whois lookup service. The Reseller will identify the sponsoring registrar upon request from the customer. The Reseller will ensure that the identity and contact information provided by the customer is accurate and meets ICANN's criteria. At no time will it accept registrations from any proxy provider or private registry not authorized by ICANN. To the extent that ENTORNO is required to provide a link to the ICANN website, the Reseller is also subject to the obligation to provide such a link. The Distributor must provide information about its customer rights and responsibilities through the following link: http://www.icann.org/en/registrars/registrant-rights-responsibilities

If ENTORNO becomes aware that the Distributor is in breach of any of the provisions set forth in this section of this Agreement, ENTORNO will take reasonable steps to notify the Distributor that it is in breach of the Distributor Agreement, and that the Registrar has the right to terminate said agreement.

Subcontracting

ENTORNO DIGITAL, S.A., as data processor, may subcontract, on behalf of and for the client, to third parties for storage, backup copy storage, and security services, where necessary, while always respecting the obligations imposed by the GDPR and its implementing regulations. At any time, the client responsible for the processing may contact ENTORNO DIGITAL, S.A. to obtain the identifying details of the entities that may be subcontracted by ENTORNO DIGITAL, S.A. to provide the indicated services. Such processing will be subject to the same conditions (instructions, obligations, and security measures). In the event of non-compliance by the subprocessor, the initial processor will remain fully liable to the data controller for compliance with the subprocessor's obligations.

Rights

To exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, objection, right to information transparency, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability, you can contact ENTORNO DIGITAL, S.A. (C/ Santa Anna, 32 Cerdanyola del Vallès / nic@entorno.es). We also inform you that you have the right to lodge complaints with the data protection supervisory authorities.

Additional Information

ENTORNO DIGITAL, S.A. undertakes not to misuse the information and personal data provided by you, and to maintain their confidentiality in all applications that require them. ENTORNO DIGITAL, S.A. has implemented the corresponding security measures and documents required by current legal regulations regarding documents and data processing. Your data will be retained for as long as our business relationship continues or for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations.
