Blocking access to your account

One of the ways commonly used to enter a system fraudulently is launched massive access requests, using random keys until they obtain the correct one, For that reason if you try to access your account five times uncorreclty, it will be blocked. In order to unlocked it you must get in contact with Entorno Digital.
This service is include by default in your extranet.

Security for IP connection

This measure is very useful and safe if you used a fixed IP connection. You can configured up to three IP's to gain access to your extranet, denying the access if the connection is made by other way.

You can activate the service free of charge from the security section.

Card of coordinates, maximum security for just 30€

By contracting this service we send you a card of coordinates by post, to be activated from your extranet. From the control panel you will be able to decide what functions must use the card of coordinates. modify DNS settings (if the domain is using our DNS servers), request an auth info...

Each time you want to do an action the system will ask for a code that can only be found on this card. If you not entered the code the action will not be processed. It is an optional service that can be contract from the security section of your extranet.

Whois Privacy, protect your personal data for 7,9 €/year*

The ICANN (The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) requires that the domain data, when registering a domain name, must be accurate and also have to be published in a public database and accessible through a Whois, in order to contact a domain owner for administrative and legal aspects. Otherwise, you may lose your domain.

However, many companies use this public information (your name, email, phone, address ...) to send unsolicited advertising: spam, telemarketing, identity theft …

Entorno Digital Private Whois service allows you to protect your personal information appearing on the WHOIS and continue to fulfill the requires rules about real data information of ICANN. In addition, if for any reason someone has to be in contact with the holder of the domain it will remain accessible, because the email address that appears in the whois email is redirected to the holder's email.

Be advised that even using our private whois service, you maintain the legal reponsibility of your domain name. The Whois protection ensure your data privacy toward fraudulent uses but doesn´t exempt you to obey the regulation.
