.com, .net, .org, .info and .biz domains

These generic domains or gTLDs (generic Top Level Domains) are the most used in Internet. The registration of these extensions is free and it is ruled by the rule of the first one that comes asks for it.

The .com is faced to business, the .net to networks and services of Internet, the .org to organizations, the .info to informative portals and the .biz to companies and business in general. But as they are free registration domains, these domains are used indifferently. Due to the big increase of use of the IDN (ñ, ç, to, á, ü,…) in Internet, in Entorno Digital we offer the possibility of registering domains with Spanish or Catalan IDN characters. If you want a domain of this type in our DNS servers there will be no problem. With the last versions of the most used browsers, the Internet users will be able to gain access to their IDN domains. There is also a plug in to use these domains with email programs. For .com, .net, .tel, .tv and .cc we have incorporated Spanish and Catalan IDN. For .org and .biz we have incorporated Spanish IDN.
