If you have a domain .EU registered with another registering and you would like to transfer it to Entorno for administering through us just follow the following steps.

Introduce the domain you want to transfer on the corresponding field and fill in the request. On the request you must fill in your new tecnic contact or you can cose Entorno.

Remember it is very important to put the DNS servers you use, because if you send the request without DNS the domain will stop working, until you introduce them.

Once you have created the transfer request you will have to go to Orders and pay it. From this moment the register is sent.

After EURid sends an e-mail to the domain holder (this e-mail has to be operative for doing the transference). The holder has 14 days for accepting the domain transference to Entorno Digital. If it is accepted the transference is realised and receives an e-mail from us which confirms it. If it is not confirmed during the period the transference will not be realised.

You will receive an e-mail informing that the transference has not been realised and we will return the money to your available so you can use it again, because you will have to start the process all over again.

Note: The transference cost is the same as the renovation cost and the domain renovates automatically for a year since the expiration date.
