If you have a domain .COM, .NET, .ORG, .INFO, .BIZ, .MOBI, .CC, .TV o .ASIA registered with another registrar and you would like to transfer it to Entorno for been able to administrate it through us, follow the next steps.

Introduce the domain you want to transfer and the password (Auth. ID) which has been assigned by the other registrar, on the corresponding fields. (If you don't know the password you can request it to the registrar which registered the domain and they must inform you).

Once you have created the transference request you must go to orders and pay it. Then, it is sent to the Registry and make sure the password is correct. If it is correct, the Registry will get in touch with the registrar, and this one can accept, decline or not answer. If they accept or don't answer the registrar change will be done (If they don't answer it is done in 5 days). Once the transference has been done effectively we will inform you by e-mail. If the other registrar declines the transference we will return your money to your available so you can use it on a new transference request.

If the password you introduce is incorrect we will inform you by e-mail and we will return your money to your available. You will have to get in touch with your registrar so they give you the correct password. Once you have it you will have to go to transference request on www.entorno.com, modify the Auth. ID and pay again with the money we returned to you available. The request will be sent to the Registry once again and the transference process will start all over again.

Note: The transference cost is the same as the renewal cost and the domain is renewed automatically for another year.
