How to register

Registering a ccTLD domain .co.th from Thailand requires the previous configuration of the DNS before registering the domain and you will have to complete an on-line registry form. This domain is for commercial entities and business entities. Applicants for domain names under this category must be commercial entities which are either registered within Thailand.
A foreign company which is not so registered may only apply for such a domain name if it has a representative in Thailand and this local representative must itself be registered within Thailand and be authorised by the foreign company to apply for the registration of the domain name.
The domain name has to be very close to trademark or company name. Each entity can apply for only one domain name for ALL above domain names.
Allowed characters:
- Minimum: 2
- Maximum: 24
- Letters and numbers.
- Hyphens ("-"), Hyphens are not allowed before or after the domain name..
The registration is done for two years.

How to renew

To renew a ccTLD domain .co.th from Thailand the domain must be on the renewal period and it can be renewed for one year.
The renewal period starts 40 days before the expiration date and the domain can be renewed next 30 days. After these 30 days please contact us if you are still interested in renewing the domain.

How to transfer

To transfer a ccTLD domain .co.th it is necessary:
- The owner must send a letter wiht the company logo, accepting the transfer.
- The domain must have been registered/active for at least 30 days.
- The domain must be un-locked for transfer by the actual registry. If so, the client must contact the current registrar to un-lock the domain for transfer.
The transfer usually completes within 5 and 10 days.
We suggest you transfer your domain name enough days before expiration in order to avoid your transfer being denied.
The domain is not renewed in the transfer.
